Dustless blasting and thermoplastic line striping go hand in hand! To effectively apply thermoplastic striping, old paint stripes must be removed first. Through our processes, we will remove your old paint stripes leaving a substrate suitable for great adhesion of your new preformed thermoplastic stripes. Although thermoplastic striping does cost more than traditional paint striping on the front end, the average lifespan of thermoplastic stripes is generally 3 to 4 times longer than standard paint striping. Another key feature of preformed thermoplastic line striping is the striping material has reflective glass beads embedded throughout the material. As they wear, new beads are exposed to maximize the reflectivity of the stripes over its lifespan. Say goodbye to random and irregular striping and say hello to crisp, clean, long-lasting stripes.
